Accounts Receivable Aging (Monday morning)

Purpose: To ensure sales team is aware of current invoice status to prevent accounts going delinquent or past due.
Frequency: Every Monday Morning
How to Use the Report:

The aging report should be used to monitor and track receivables as it relates to project opportunities under each of your accounts. The report provides the amount, what the invoice is for, aging date, and number of days until due or pas due. This is a great tool to send friendly reminders to your clients when invoices are coming due are slightly past due to ensure they are paid on time. The goal is to ensure your accounts do not go significantly past due to prevent project liens, interest charges, account suspension, and so on.
