What forms does a new customer need to fill out?

New Customer Onboarding

All new customers (including existing customers that create a new LLC for a project) need to fill out a Credit Application and W9 (required by law) in order to do business with TerraSmart.  These forms provide vital information for TerraSmart’s Finance and Legal teams to correctly setup a customer in various systems.

The credit application form also provides important information to management that allows terms to be extended.  No terms can be extended to the customer until a credit application has been completed.
